TWO WORLD PREMIERES! Artistic Director Richard Engling directs the world premiere of Lisa Rosenthal's The Good Harvest, in which a woman's obsession haunts her children even after her mysterious death. The Good Harvest was the Dionysos Cup winner in 2008, and Lisa is in residence for the production. March 23 through May 2, 2010. Polarity produced the world premiere of Chuck Palia's The Society of Adventurous Women with the students of the Josephinum Academy, January 15- 23. The third edition of our acclaimed Dionysos Cup Festival of New Plays will run May 13 through May 23, 2010. Playwrights have hailed the Dionysos Cup as the most valuable script development process of its kind. It's our way of bringing the work of local playwrights closer to full production. Polarity Ensemble Theatre performs at the Josephinum Academy, 1500 N. Bell, Chicago. ![]() |
